Every week during the school year, the APC publishes a free email newsletter with important information for all Acalanes families. You do not need to be a parents club member to sign-up for the newsletter.

Subscribe to the APC Newsletter (Constant Contact)

We use Constant Contact to manage the newsletter. Constant Contact uses SafeUnsubscribe to assure that you will be removed from future mailings at any time you choose. Every email from us will contain an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

Every email will also have a link to change your preferences for the various email newsletters we send. These are the special interest lists, all subscribers get the weekly APC Newsletter.

  • Class of [year]
  • Daily Bulletin ((Read to students at school. Sent to Parents as an FYI)
  • General Interest (Principal, Parents Club, Counseling, Emergency and School info, etc.)
The Acalanes School District also has their own newsletter. For more information, see the District website.

Newsletter Submissions

The General Newsletter is published on Sunday at 10:00 AM. The deadline for articles is Thursday at 5 pm. Send questions to the newsletter editor at 

​Acalanes Parents Club (APC) will only accept submissions from internal sources. We do not accept external submissions from the public. If you have news or announcements for the Acalanes community, contact the appropriate APC representative
